High Pressure Laminates

Our High Pressure Laminates are a testament to our expertise and commitment to delivering superior products. HPL, or High Pressure Laminate, is a versatile surfacing material renowned for its durability, strength, and aesthetic appeal. These laminates are meticulously crafted in our own production facilities using high pressure and heat, resulting in a robust and long-lasting surface that can withstand the demands of various environments.

Our extensive range of HPL offers a myriad of design options, from classic to contemporary, catering to diverse styles and preferences. Whether you’re looking for sleek and modern surfaces or timeless and elegant finishes, our HPL collection provides the perfect solution for residential, commercial, institutional spaces and many more.

Storage and Handling:

Sheets should be stored in a enclosed environment where normal climatic conditions are guaranteed (temperature between 10°C and 30°C and 40 – 65 % Relative Humidity). Stack the sheets flat in horizontal racks. The use of a caul board for covering the top sheet and keeping it flat is recommended. If this is not practical to do so, the top sheet should be turned decorative face downwards, to prevent surface damage and warping.

Care should be taken when handling High Pressure Laminates (HPL) to avoid breakages and damage. Protective gloves are recommended to be worn when handling laminates due to the sharp edges. For transportation, HPL is classified as a non-hazardous product; no labelling is required. Sheets should be transported on flat and stable pallets. These should be secured to prevent slipping during transportation. During loading and unloading, care should be taken to make sure that the laminate sheets do not slide over each other as dirt and other foreign bodies rubbing against the surfaces may cause damage.

Disposal:

The material is non-hazardous and no special treatment is required for disposal. Disposal in landfill must be in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. Customers are advised to dispose the product in an environmentally friendly way or try to recycle the material at the end of its life by refurbishing it to be reused or grinding into cement-bonded particleboards.
